1. Signal Specifications

4. Configuration and Setup

  • Unit Number Switch: A rotary switch on the front panel sets the “Unit Number” (0–F). This determines the memory addresses (IR/CIO words) assigned to the module in the PLC.

  • Output Range Settings: Small DIP switches or jumper pins (depending on the revision) located on the side or back of the module are used to select between Voltage and Current for each channel.

  • “ERC” LED Lit: This usually indicates a hardware error or a configuration mismatch in the PLC settings.

  • No Output Signal: Check the external 24V DC supply. Analog modules cannot generate a signal using only the PLC backplane power.
